Baytown Refinery- Third Floor Commercial Gym Build-Out - Baytown, TX

Location: Baytown, TX

Equipment: Rogue Fitness Functional Trainer & Benches, NordicTrack Treadmills, Stepr Commercial Stair Climber, Flooring, Tag Fitness Squat Rack.

Scope: Coordinated sourcing and delivery of Rogue Fitness, STEPR, NordicTrack, and TAG Fitness commercial equipment. Planned and executed third-floor material transport and staging, installed flooring across the full training area. Assembled and positioned all strength, cardio, and functional training equipment, and machines per manufacturer specifications. Managed phased deliveries over a two-month project timeline. Performed final layout alignment, safety checks, and walkthrough with client.

This was a full start-to-finish commercial gym build-out located on the third floor of a new refinery facility in Baytown, Texas.

Our team sourced and coordinated delivery of Rogue Fitness, STEPR, NordicTrack, and TAG Fitness equipment along with all commercial flooring materials. Due to equipment lead times and phased deliveries, the project was completed over a two-month timeline.

All equipment and flooring materials were staged, transported, and installed on the third floor, requiring careful logistics planning, freight coordination, and on-site material handling to avoid damage to the new facility.
