Cold Plunge Preventive Maintenance Plans
For commercial facilities and high-use recovery spaces, Houston Gym Assembly can also provide ongoing cold plunge service and maintenance plans. Scheduled service visits can include routine system inspections, filter maintenance, water changes, cleaning, circulation and flow checks, and general equipment monitoring based on the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule.
Cold plunge installation involves more than simply moving the equipment into place. Our team handles the setup process from placement and connection through initial startup and system testing.
Depending on the system, installation may include connecting the chiller and filtration system, routing circulation hoses, filling and priming the system, removing trapped air, verifying proper water flow, and completing manufacturer-required startup procedures.
Refrigeration chillers may require a manufacturer-specified settling period after transportation before they can be powered on. When required, final startup and commissioning may be completed during a return visit.
