Do You Offer a Warranty?
When you purchase new fitness equipment, the manufacturer always offers some kind of warranty with your purchase, regardless of whether you purchase it yourself or we obtain it for you. Houston Gym Assembly offers a separate, FREE 30-day assembly guarantee. We want you to be able to use your gym equipment correctly. If you have any issues with your newly assembled equipment (as long as it is not a manufacturer issue), we will take care of it for the first 30 days after assembly. We also facilitate any manufacturer warranty claims during this period if we provide the equipment.
